In the neighbourhood are a lot of castles (Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, Chinon, Saumur, Langeais), weekly markets and almost every weekend a secondhand market. Fresh French bread at the grocer´s shop, only 3 min. walking. The owner of the gîte/cottage has chickens, fresh eggs are to buy. Near Ingrandes nice restaurants (good price/quality). In the village you have wine-tasting sessions (App.Bourgueil Contr.)
